Our Story
It began at Cal Poly during our second year, in 2019, at a party neither of us expected to remember. Tanner saw Kristi across the room and knew right away that she was someone special. Kristi took her time, in the way that thoughtful people do, and Tanner was more than willing to wait. He kept showing up, hoping she might feel the same.
In 2022, everything finally fell into place. Tanner asked Kristi to be his date to a formal in Las Vegas, and she said yes. By the end of that trip, he knew, deep down, that she was the one. A few months later, on May 5th, 2022, they officially started dating. Little by little, through all the moments in between, Kristi came to know it too.
Together we raised our dog Wrigley, traveled the world, and built a life where we can always count on one another. On March 20th, 2026, Tanner got down on one knee at Sun Gold Point in San Diego, and Kristi said yes! We celebrated late into the night with loved ones, grateful for where we had been, where we are, and everything still ahead of us.
Now, after all these years, we cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. That means you.
