Cowboy Cocktail. Envision polished western elegance: fine boots, a handsome hat, refined denim, or a cocktail dress with a western flair.
Formal. Floor length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, and dark suits or tuxedos are most welcome.
By day: whatever suits your comfort, be it swimwear, a sundress, or easy lake attire. By evening: coastal chic. Reserved for our onsite guests.

Bigfork rests along the northeastern shore of Flathead Lake, in the heart of Northwest Montana. Allow us to suggest the most graceful way to arrive.
Nestled in Kalispell, this is the closest airport to Bigfork and our warmest recommendation.

The largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. Swim, paddleboard, or take in a sunset cruise departing from Bigfork's own marina.
Wander the galleries, boutiques, and garden patios of Electric Avenue, and, timing permitting, enjoy an evening at the Bigfork Summer Playhouse.
Alpine lakes, huckleberries in season, and trails suited to every ability, just a short drive from town.
Roughly ninety minutes from Bigfork. We suggest devoting a full day to the Going-to-the-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and the trailheads near Logan Pass.
Flathead Lake Brewing Co., alongside a handful of local wine and cider makers, offers a lovely way to while away an afternoon.
Paddle, float, or simply linger where the Swan River meets the lake, one of our most treasured quiet spots.
